Louisa the receptionist ruins patient experience completely

Louisa, the receptionist, is absolutely terrible and incredibly discourteous. She doesn't just make you feel unwell; she escalates your discomfort to an unbearable level. If you arrive with a simple headache, by the time she's done, you'll feel like you're suffering from a severe migraine, complete with body aches and fever. Her professional demeanor and work attitude are deplorable. The frustration of asking a single question - which is literally her job - is overwhelming. As patients, we should feel comfortable seeking clarification, but with Louisa, asking a question might trigger an explosive reaction. She has consistently demonstrated rudeness over multiple years, and her behavior is disgustingly unprofessional. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews, but her treatment of me twice in one week was so horrible that I feel compelled to speak out. I will be escalating my complaints to management with comprehensive details. While she seemed fixated on my spelling - which I never requested - and interrupted my attempts to communicate, I must note that other receptionists have been helpful and compassionate. I've personally witnessed Louisa treating patients with complete disrespect. She needs to show some humility. Patients are vulnerable - we're worried, some have children, others struggle with anxiety or depression - and her behavior is unacceptable. Being kind costs nothing. Her job fundamentally involves interacting with patients, and if we had a choice, we would gladly avoid her. Ultimately, she should simply do what she's paid to do: provide basic, respectful customer service.
