Loyal patient frustrated with medical practice's poor service

I departed after 13 years of being a patient. I could have filed a formal complaint but chose not to because Dr Ghosh has been good to me over the years, and I will not do that to her. Thank you, Dr Ghosh, for everything you did throughout our time together. The Doctor was incorrect, and the receptionist refused to assist me. All I wanted was my prescription that never arrived the previous day. (I ended up waiting 5 days, and nobody thought to inform me it was finally sent at 17:48 on Friday - I only discovered this when I called Monday.) So from seeing the doctor Thursday morning, I received it Monday. I submitted a complaint to Maria as instructed, but received a response from someone else. Maria took the time to send me a letter about my attitude, threatening to remove me if I talk to staff like that again - like what? How it is? She will not address my problem and will simply remove me after 13 years of being a patient, disregarding my mental health. I wonder if staff members who gossip behind the glass receive similar warnings? A great practice that has been ruined.
