I've been a patient at this medical practice for over a decade, and despite occasional challenges in scheduling appointments, I've always managed to secure one. The general practitioners here have been incredibly supportive of my family, offering referrals when necessary. Obtaining my medications has never been problematic, and I've consistently received warm and helpful treatment from the start. Although some have suggested I switch to another surgery, I remain thoroughly satisfied with the service provided. I want to express my gratitude to all staff who have cared for my family throughout the years and continue to do so. Dr. De Silva and Dr. Butt have been particularly exceptional in treating our family, though other healthcare professionals have also been noteworthy. Considering the negative comments about this practice, I hope people understand the immense pressure these doctors and staff are experiencing, especially with increased local housing development and no corresponding new medical facilities. The COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly added to their challenges. My advice to fellow patients is simple: when contacting your GP surgery, approach the staff with kindness and patience, recognizing that they are genuinely doing their best under difficult circumstances.
