Medical notes weren't transferred despite multiple requests

Former patient who relocated more than a decade ago. I provided written consent, made multiple verbal requests by telephone, and discussed the matter in person with staff before my departure, yet I have since discovered that my medical records were not transferred to my new surgery. Throughout my time as a patient, I found the clinical staff to be dismissive, critical in their approach, and lacking in competence. I had previously believed the administrative and reception staff demonstrated at least a reasonable level of capability. Upon reviewing feedback from other patients, I notice that certain members of the clinical team remain in post. I find it difficult to understand how they continue to practice in this capacity.
