Medication Communication Frustrates Patient

On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at precisely 11:45 AM, I received two identical SMS messages on my iPhone. Each message included a duplicate Word document attachment. The content of the document was a lengthy and condescending "directive" concerning a particular medication that I have intermittently used for six years. Honestly, your approach has infuriated me to such an extent that I refuse to take this medication ever again. If you truly have so much spare time available, perhaps you should focus more on attending to your "thousands of patients," as one exceptionally impolite nurse mentioned during a phone call with me in the past. Let's be real: it seems that many individuals in today's healthcare sector spend around ninety percent of their time preoccupied with their next vacation plans or contemplating weekend activities instead of patient care. Additionally, it's time to stop citing "COVID" as an excuse for what appears to be an endless backlog; otherwise, you'll still be dealing with these issues well into 2075. That's enough of my venting for now.
