Medication math nightmare at reception

URGENT: RECEPTION TEAM NEEDS IMPROVEMENT The previous reception staff demonstrated professionalism and empathy, but the current team appears severely lacking in fundamental competencies. I've encountered persistent challenges with the reception staff regarding my medication management. Despite having five medications prescribed for a two-month period, one medication (taken twice daily) was inexplicably approved only for one month. I repeatedly attempted to explain the mathematical miscalculation, but the receptionist remained obstinate and uncooperative. Even after highlighting that a similar issue was successfully resolved last month, she continued to disregard my concerns. Only after meticulously breaking down the arithmetic did she reluctantly acknowledge the error and submit a request for the missing medication. The interaction was emotionally overwhelming. Her dismissive demeanor and confrontational body language significantly escalated my anxiety, severely hampering my ability to articulate the problem. Such unprofessional interactions are not just frustrating but potentially detrimental to patient psychological well-being. Furthermore, the team demonstrates a shocking absence of basic customer service etiquette. Upon entry, patients are immediately interrogated about appointment status, devoid of any preliminary greeting or human acknowledgment. Elementary courtesy appears completely absent. Urgent training is imperative for the reception team, focusing on both precise prescription management and cultivating a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Reception team on 15/5/25
