Medication mix-up nightmare leaves patient frustrated

My medical care experience was absolutely subpar. During my routine check-up, my prescription was mysteriously altered without any explanation or notification. Upon visiting the pharmacy, I was provided with incorrect medication. When I pointed out the error, I was simply told to refer back to my GP. The medical practice apologized and claimed they would rectify the mistake. However, returning to the pharmacy resulted in being given the same incorrect medication again, with instructions to consult my GP. Multiple phone calls yielded identical promises of correction, yet nothing changed. The pharmacy staff began to recognize me as the patient struggling with medication errors. Eventually, I was forced to physically visit the practice to ensure the prescription was properly corrected. When I mentioned that I had been without my necessary medication for over a week, the response was a dismissive and indifferent "oh well."
