Medication Nightmare: Poor Service and Empty Appointments

I am currently receiving only a week's worth of medication, and the process to obtain it takes three days. This situation has forced me to endure ongoing pain for months, creating an incredibly frustrating experience. Securing an appointment is a challenge due to my sleep issues, making the entire scenario feel like a bad joke. While some doctors are decent, I have encountered several reception staff members who are extremely unhelpful and rude. Additionally, the administrative side of operations leaves much to be desired; it's chaotic at best. As a result of these frustrations, I decided to switch providers and would not suggest this place to anyone experiencing similar difficulties 😡👎. A year has passed without improvements—I'm still unable to make appointments or communicate with anyone effectively. They claim they are fully booked; however, when I visit in person, it appears completely vacant—it simply doesn’t add up! It’s surprising they manage any revenue at all in these circumstances!
