Medication request impossible

After using an email address for years for my medication request now I've to get a bus there and back 2pound each way just to fill in a bit of paper.its just another way to keep the patients away from the surgery. I'm in poor health can hardly walk but yet I've to do this trip back and forth at least once a month They never think about the patient
