Mia was kind, but service fell apart

0 stars, they misrepresented their post-discharge support and subsequently refused assistance because I was no longer under their care. With the exception of Mia Curran, who was compassionate and helpful during my initial assessment, the rest of the staff, including Natalie Mearns, Ruth Smith, and the administrative personnel, provided an unhelpful and dismissive experience. Reaching out for help was incredibly difficult for me, and this interaction has significantly undermined my confidence in seeking support in the future.
