Midwife communication fails first-time pregnant mom

As a first-time mother, I've been frustrated by the complete lack of communication regarding my iron deficiency. Despite my midwife requesting blood test results over 6 weeks ago, I heard nothing until I proactively followed up. Their inability to explain the delay was deeply disappointing, especially for a long-standing patient. To make matters worse, they had inexplicably sent my prescription to an address I left over two and a half years ago. At 35 weeks pregnant, during the covid pandemic, they expected me to navigate public transportation - either two trams or two buses - to collect my medication. This represents an absolute failure of patient care on multiple levels.
