Misdiagnosis and dismissive care at Tulasi clinic

Absolutely preposterous experience at this so-called medical establishment! I've been grappling with plantar fasciitis for a full year, receiving care from two competent GPs. However, my visit to the physiotherapy department at Tulasi was nothing short of absurd. The therapist, in his infinite wisdom, decided I was suffering from back pain, completely disregarding my foot concerns. He stubbornly insisted on putting me through back exercises, repeating this charade thrice and each time inquiring if my foot had miraculously improved. Naturally, it hadn't, but he remained adamant that my spine was the culprit. When I dared to question the connection between my back and foot, he dismissively claimed he lacked time to explain - mind you, this was merely two minutes into our brief seven-minute encounter. His demeanor was nothing short of discourteous and inconsiderate, showing zero interest in addressing my concerns or even bothering to review my medical records to understand my GPs' perspectives. I harbor no illusions about any resolution to this debacle, as Tulasi likely reigns supreme as London's most incompetent medical practice, with incompetence permeating every level from reception to management.
