Missed appointment and terrible customer service nightmare

I scheduled a phone consultation with a confirmed appointment, with the GP expected to call at noon today. However, over 4 hours have passed since the designated time, and I've received no communication from the GP or anyone at the clinic, not even an attempt to reschedule or inform me about their inability to conduct the appointment. 06/06/25 update: The level of unprofessionalism is astounding, and I'm escalating this matter to the local Integrated Care Board. After making multiple attempts to secure a replacement appointment for the one their GP failed to attend - while emphasizing the urgency - I was met with dismissive attitudes, clear incompetence, and no alternative booking even 4 days later. I've decided to transfer to a different medical practice and will be filing a formal complaint with the local ICB. The staff's excuse for the practice manager's lack of response has been the absurd claim that "she's the practice manager and naturally very busy," which is frankly ridiculous.
