Missed Appointment and Wasted Day with Toddler

I've been a patient at this practice with my family for approximately five years, and the quality of service has been consistently deteriorating. Communication and scheduling appointments have become increasingly challenging. While the medical professionals are excellent, the administrative side is completely dysfunctional. Today, I sacrificed a workday and pulled my toddler out of nursery for a pre-arranged preschool immunization appointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted by hastily printed A4 signs announcing the centre's closure for staff training, with no staff present inside or available by phone to provide any guidance or assistance.
