Missed Call Leaves Elderly Patient Waiting

Absolutely furious. A 96-year-old individual has been sitting by the telephone from 3 PM to 6:30 PM, anticipating a medical consultation. He strategically used the restroom at 2:50 PM to ensure he was available for the doctor's call starting at 3 PM. However, the physician unexpectedly rang at 2:50, catching the gentleman off-guard before he could reach the phone. Even worse, the doctor made no attempt to call back. This elderly patient has been patiently waiting for hours, hoping for a return call that never came. This level of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable.
