Missed diagnosis led to hospital trip

The booking process is absolutely terrible. When I rang the front desk seeking medical consultation due to feeling unwell, they simply advised me to visit the pharmacy for medication. Later that same day, I was violently vomiting the prescribed treatment. By the following day, I was rushed to Hillington hospital as an emergency case with critically low blood pressure and blood in my urine, where they diagnosed me with Malaria. This entire health crisis could have been prevented if they had just allowed me to consult with a doctor initially.
