Missed heart attack after gp's dismissive calls

Two separate instances of medical misdiagnosis involving my parents, with the most recent concerning my mother. A&E just informed her she suffered a heart attack over a week ago, meaning she missed crucial medication and now faces permanent cardiac damage. Initially, a home visit from the GP treated her symptoms as acid reflux. When we requested another home visit due to no improvement, she was merely given a phone consultation and mockingly dismissed by the GP when she suggested a heart issue. The GP then changed the diagnosis to a trapped nerve. Our family ultimately called a paramedic, and she has since been hospitalized on a heart monitor, experiencing permanent damage from a minor heart attack. Two years prior, a similar situation occurred with my father: promised a home visit for back pain, the GP changed the appointment and never arrived. Dad subsequently collapsed and died, leaving the GP utterly shocked and having not taken his condition seriously. Both parents were in their mid-80s and hesitant to burden hospitals with their symptoms, making their primary healthcare provider's negligence even more devastating.
