Missed Prescription Again, So Frustrating

Once more, my monthly prescription hasn't been forwarded to the pharmacy promptly, despite daily phone calls. I've been informed it's still with the doctor, leaving me completely without my necessary medication. This situation is utterly unacceptable. The medical practice urgently needs to improve their processes. To make matters worse, their phone lines remain as frustratingly inaccessible as ever.
