Poor

Missed prescriptions and admin headaches

I'm reluctant to criticize the NHS, but this practice has seriously deteriorated. Miss Patel and the new Lady Physician are helpful, and nurses Jo and Sophie remain excellent. However, the administrative side is extremely poor. My repeat prescriptions are consistently incorrect, and when complaints are raised, the standard dismissive response follows. I've been misled by at least three doctors regarding treatment protocols. Two of the best doctors (Edson & Poole) have departed, along with the remarkable Jo Fisher. After three years, they're still using the archaic 8am appointment call-in system! I'm aware that Dr Peach & Scofield have retired and seemingly attempted to sell the practice. This appears to be a consequence of partial NHS privatization. The dual role of being both client and supplier to the NHS inevitably creates conflicts of interest and temptations to make patient-unfriendly cost-cutting decisions. Overall, I deeply regret transferring from Battersea Rise and will seek to move again. It's truly disappointing, as prior to recent events, the practice had an exceptionally good reputation.
