Mixed care with frustrating appointment booking experience

The staff and doctors are genuinely pleasant during my visits. However, the appointment scheduling process is deeply problematic. I've been battling to secure a GP appointment for an extended period. Their standard response is to dispatch antibiotics and painkillers whenever I request a consultation. I submitted a complaint, which was met with minimal acknowledgment - receiving only a brief, dismissive response suggesting a telephone appointment next week. It appears they completely disregard patient records and individual medical conditions when considering appointment requests. Their approach seems indifferent and perfunctory. I'm experiencing persistent pain and feel utterly frustrated by their lack of compassion and professional responsibility. The individuals managing appointments demonstrate zero understanding of patient needs, showing neither empathy nor genuine concern for patient welfare. Their conduct lacks basic human dignity and moral consideration.
