Mixed care with terrible phone support

The medical professionals at this facility are truly exceptional, and I've been a patient here for years. However, the front desk staff are incredibly incompetent. I've been stuck on hold for more than an hour with just four people in the queue, and I've been first in line for half that time. It's absolutely ridiculous that it takes over an hour to answer a phone call. In terms of customer service, this place is absolutely at the bottom of the barrel, and without significant improvements to their staffing, they're unlikely to survive.
