Mixed experience with helpful and unhelpful staff

went to book an appointment and was directed to use computer or phone, both of which were unhelpful. Eventually told I'd hear back in 48 hours. A bit more warmth would be appreciated! Months later, I'm happy to update: today I met a delightful receptionist and an incredibly professional nurse. Ten out of ten! New review 2024: my daughter booked an online appointment, and the physiotherapist was exceptionally kind, friendly, and reassuring about my condition. Again, 10 out of 10, no issues at all. Laptop contact led to a truly helpful and comforting appointment. Everyone involved was wonderfully nice and professional! Thank you all. New review 18 April: I've experienced nothing but kindness, understanding, and efficiency regarding my health issues over the past two months and want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved. However, this morning I encountered a receptionist I've met before who lacks the essential skills for interacting with patients who are unwell and vulnerable. Her demeanor starkly contrasts with the center's otherwise lovely staff. Surely an occasional smile, polite phrase, or showing basic respect isn't too much to ask! I'll add that my wife recently called about missing painkillers, and a wonderful phone representative resolved the issue in under a minute. The morning receptionist, when presented with the same query, merely stated my wife had them and made no further effort - something she could have easily addressed with a bit of compassion and proactivity!
