Mixed experience with hit-and-miss medical care

I've been a patient at this medical practice for a few years, and they barely merit 3 stars. I feel conflicted about this rating because some of the front desk staff and doctors are truly exceptional, and they're the reason I continue to return. Regrettably, the overall service quality is inconsistent, and there's uncertainty about which staff member you'll encounter. I've now identified specific GPs to request, though they may not always be available. The outstanding staff members genuinely care about patients and visibly strive to provide the best care possible under challenging conditions. Update: I discovered that patients can seek GP services outside their typical catchment area if openings exist. After finding and experiencing a new practice, the contrast in service quality is remarkable. Now that I understand how a GP practice should truly function, I'm revising my rating to a mere 1 out of 5 stars.
