The surgical procedure itself was fine, and scheduling appointments online was smooth However, the front desk staff member displays an unpleasant and dismissive attitude I'm uncertain why she becomes irritated when patients simply seek clarification She seems to carry herself with an air of superiority despite lacking genuine interpersonal skills If someone finds their work so disagreeable that they can't maintain basic courtesy, they should seek employment that minimizes customer interactions
