Mixed experience with medical staff and tests

I've encountered some less-than-pleasant interactions with certain receptionists, but thankfully, there are also genuinely helpful staff members. The nurse who performed my blood test was particularly compassionate, recognizing my needle anxiety and making the procedure so smooth that I barely noticed it happening. She was absolutely excellent. As for their operational system, I experienced a frustrating mix-up where I received a third reminder for a cervical cancer screening, causing me to cancel my plans and visit the clinic, only to be told by a nurse that I wasn't even due for the test. It seems there's a clear communication breakdown among staff members. Additionally, I underwent blood tests elsewhere that indicated an underactive thyroid and potential kidney issues. When I consulted my GP, they conducted tests and declared everything normal. I'm genuinely perplexed by these conflicting results, especially since a private health check (which I paid for) definitively revealed some underlying health concerns.
