Mixed experience with terrible phone and front desk service

The medical professionals like doctors and nurses are excellent, but the reception and phone services are utterly terrible. Trying to call at 8:30am repeatedly just to get someone to pick up, never securing a same-day appointment, and staff consistently displaying a dismissive attitude on the phone. In one instance, a phone representative told me bluntly that no appointments were available and no schedule existed for the entire week, then abruptly ended the call. Another time, while on the phone, I could overhear staff members cackling and engaging in loud, immature banter, demonstrating extremely unprofessional conduct. Additionally, while sitting in the clinic feeling extremely ill and on the verge of vomiting, there was no water dispenser or tap accessible to patients within the waiting area. Completely unacceptable.
