Mixed experiences: Good doctors, poor reception

Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Murebi demonstrate competence and appear genuinely concerned for their patients' well-being. However, the reception staff urgently require comprehensive training. Despite assurances of same-day doctor callbacks, there have been multiple instances where this promise wasn't fulfilled, which is wholly unacceptable. The prescription process is fraught with issues. Patients are instructed to email the surgery, yet the reception staff provide outdated or incorrectly spelled email addresses. When following up, one is met with indifference and further delays, leaving patients without necessary medication for extended periods. While the morning call system, complete with a queue-preserving callback service, is somewhat efficient, contacting the surgery post-noon is an exercise in frustration. Callers often find themselves languishing at the top of the queue for 15-20 minutes without response. The administrative and reception departments require significant overhaul. It's disheartening that such fundamental aspects of patient care are consistently mishandled, undermining the otherwise positive work of the physicians.
