Mixed experiences with caring staff and challenges

I've been a patient at this practice my entire life, initially rating it a single star but now upgrading to three due to noticeable improvements. Many of the doctors are genuinely caring and empathetic, particularly regarding mental health - I want to specifically commend Dr Graham and Dr Duncan, whose approach might reflect newer medical training and increased mental health awareness. Dr Wareing is exceptional for fertility-related care. While I've historically had challenges with Dr Heron, I acknowledge he has shown some improvement during my pregnancy, demonstrating he can be helpful when motivated. The prescription service is impressively efficient, typically processing and sending repeat medications within an hour of request. The reception staff quality has been inconsistent - after seeming to improve, they've reverted to being unhelpful and rigid, to the point where even a GP has apologized for their behavior. Despite these administrative frustrations, the absolute highlight of Primrose surgery is undoubtedly Nurse Sharon - an extraordinarily compassionate professional who I'm certain would be universally praised by anyone fortunate enough to interact with her. Her kindness truly sets her apart.
