Initially, I want to commend the two female Indian GPs who were exceptionally helpful, even assisting in calling an ambulance when my blood pressure escalated. As a new patient, I must voice a complaint about a female African GP who returned my call on Friday, August 22nd, 2025, around 2:20 p.m. I explained that the medication was causing extreme fatigue, so she adjusted the dosage by reducing it by 2mg, which I subsequently collected from the pharmacy. Initially, my blood pressure stabilized, but after a few days, it began to rise significantly. Consequently, I scheduled an appointment for August 29th, 2025, at 10:10 a.m. I consulted with what I believe was a Polish GP who stated the medication would have minimal impact on my blood pressure. I was utterly shocked, especially considering a previous GP suggested I could have died. The fundamental question remains: why was I prescribed incorrect medication? This situation is critically dangerous, and I was seriously unwell. Furthermore, the GP from my previous consultation provided inaccurate blood pressure information. The reading for the bus driver is not 150/88, but actually 179/99. She had no right to discourage me from applying for something when, in fact, once the medication takes effect, I can absolutely apply. Additionally, the receptionists have consistently been unwelcoming and obstructive. Upon my first visit, they gave me hostile looks, which was disgraceful. They lost my urine sample without explanation and claimed it wasn't in their system. Due to these cumulative issues, I cannot recommend this medical practice to anyone. The reception staff urgently require customer service training, as this has been an ongoing problem that other patients have also reported. No improvements have been implemented, and the entire approach needs a fundamental transformation. As a result, I have completely lost confidence and am now departing.
