Mixed experiences with medical practice staff

It's disappointing because I would have awarded the practice a perfect rating, given the exceptional doctors, nurses, and younger reception staff who consistently demonstrate kindness and provide excellent service. However, the older receptionists significantly diminish the practice's reputation, warranting a single star. As an individual managing social anxiety and autism—conditions not immediately apparent—my interactions with the older receptionists are consistently distressing and challenging. Their communication lacks basic human compassion, understanding, and respect. During one particularly traumatic encounter, an older receptionist's harsh demeanor reduced me to tears and left me visibly upset. Urgent action is needed to train these older receptionists in empathy, sensitivity, and appropriate patient communication, especially when dealing with individuals who have hidden disabilities, are elderly, or struggle with language barriers. Furthermore, the practice should cease creating fraudulent five-star reviews that transparently appear to be written by staff members. These fabricated testimonials are obvious and unprofessional, fooling no one and only serving to undermine the practice's credibility.
