Mixed feelings about booking and website

I encountered no difficulties when scheduling my appointment, and the receptionist was exceptionally pleasant and supportive during the booking process. My primary concern lies with the practice's digital infrastructure, including the contraceptive form's limited dropdown choices, unresponsive email communication that remained unanswered for a week, and restricted access to my complete medical documentation through the NHS App. Despite these technological shortcomings, I'm satisfied as long as I secured my desired appointment.
