Mixed feelings about my medical visit

The medical staff are compassionate and competent, but the front desk staff significantly detracts from the overall visit. Pre-pandemic: Being required to disclose a personal medical issue just to schedule an appointment felt inappropriate and invasive. The process left me feeling uncomfortable and mortified. During the pandemic: Their communication was consistently confrontational and challenging. Recommendations: Alternative solutions like digital scheduling platforms or professional call center services could potentially improve the appointment booking experience and streamline patient interactions. 🤔
