Mixed feelings about new medical system

The visit was excellent, with the customary high-quality service I've come to expect. Compared to the previous setup, the current system feels more complicated. In the past, patients would simply walk in, share their details with the receptionist, and be directed to the waiting area to see the doctor. Now, there's significantly more administrative process involved, requiring online registration and waiting for the physician to reach out. Despite these changes, I must say I remain content with my general practitioner.
