Mixed feelings about queensway medical practice

Apart from the convenient same-day booking and the ability to schedule appointments further in advance with a preferred physician, the prescription ordering process can be challenging for those less tech-savvy without visiting the clinic. Additionally, walk-in blood testing clinics feel overwhelmingly hectic, with both staff and patients seeming stressed during my visits. My recommendation would be to review and improve these procedures. Perhaps conducting more blood tests during regular appointments and offering greater flexibility for telephone prescription refill requests could help. More attention should also be given to same-day appointment management. I would appreciate seeing the front reception area reopened, as the overall welcoming atmosphere of the surgery has noticeably diminished. I want to emphasize that these observations are purely from my personal perspective, and I hope they are received constructively. Having been a patient at Queensway since childhood, alongside my family, and now with my own children, I feel invested in the practice's continued improvement. The staff work incredibly hard, and I am deeply grateful for their support throughout the years. I particularly want to highlight Julie at reception, Dr. Gillian, and Treena as exceptional team members.
