Mixed medical experience with terrible front desk

The medical professionals provide excellent care, but the front desk staff are incredibly off-putting and lacking in compassion. Whenever I attempt to communicate with the office, I experience overwhelming stress, and obtaining an appointment or prescription becomes an exhausting battle. The reception team seems overwhelmed by even the simplest requests. Given that medical interactions are inherently stressful, a warm and welcoming initial interaction would make a significant difference in patient experience.
