Do not be misled by the contemporary ambiance and architecture; it’s quite disappointing. To schedule an appointment, you must rely on their app, which tends to go offline rapidly, so being swift and fortunate is essential. The staff members lack compassion and seem to think that being a patient is our full-time role. I had arranged for an appointment, took leave from work to attend, only to be informed that there was a system error and my test wasn’t actually scheduled. Furthermore, the nurse showed no remorse whatsoever. Instead of apologizing, she attempted to persuade me that this situation is “normal” and has occurred with numerous individuals before me. Should I feel reassured knowing this happens frequently? Perhaps you should take a moment to reflect on your practices. If possible, seek registration elsewhere; I'm also considering other alternatives at this point in time.
