Months-long wait for basic appointments

The management is absolutely abysmal, with nonsensical procedures that completely disregard patient needs. There are far too few doctors for the overwhelming number of patients, and while the staff are clearly trying their best, the overall functionality is catastrophically poor. Basic appointments require a minimum one-month wait, and I couldn't even schedule a follow-up for my unresolved blood test results. The communication breakdown between departments, reception, and doctors' notes is shocking. I'm completely frustrated - this has been the situation ever since the merger. I deeply miss the previous healthcare setup and have now decided to pursue private healthcare wherever possible, as the current situation is utterly ridiculous. The suggested direct contact is meaningless, as we've already attempted this route previously. Family members have submitted detailed emails regarding bloodwork and appointment follow-up protocols, but the management's approach of non-communication is fundamentally unacceptable. Until their leadership team recognizes this as incredibly poor practice, we're fighting a losing battle. I'm still waiting for acknowledgment of a crucial medical information email, and I'm undecided whether lodging a formal complaint would be worth the effort, given their apparent lack of resources and capability to address issues effectively.
