Negligent care leads to emergency surgery ordeal

I've been trying to get an appointment for five consecutive days, calling at 8 AM each time, only to be told to try again the next day. The situation escalated to the point where I ended up in A&E requiring emergency surgery, with another operation still pending. This could have been avoided if the receptionist had simply listened to me instead of being dismissive and rude. All I needed were antibiotics, as I've experienced this condition before and knew what it was. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. Previously, I had a cancer scare, and after waiting 11 days for results, I had to call them myself. They claimed they didn't have the results, but it turned out they were in my file the entire time. These repeated instances of negligence have severely eroded my trust in this practice. I no longer feel confident entrusting them with my health or life, as I've been put at risk far too many times. I'm eagerly looking forward to finding a new surgery where I can receive proper care and attention.
