Negligent doctors failed my mother's health care

I've downgraded my previous 5-star rating to a mere 2 stars for your nursing staff. As I compose this review, our mother is hospitalized for the third consecutive night, battling a severe bladder infection that has now progressed to her kidneys. She had been experiencing pain for over a month, enduring multiple telephone consultations with the doctor and several rounds of antibiotics, for a condition they claimed did not exist. Clearly, diagnostic accuracy is impossible through a phone screen. Your physicians have been utterly ineffective, and I will be pursuing further action, potentially involving the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. I'm deeply concerned about how many patients have been neglected through remote consultations. It's absolutely critical to resume in-person patient examinations and discontinue these phone appointments. When a patient reports persistent pain lasting a month, they should unquestionably be granted a face-to-face medical evaluation. While COVID is no longer a significant barrier, a blood cancer patient suffering in pain and now hospitalized represents a serious failure attributable to your medical staff. Profoundly disappointing
