Negligent gp practice causing serious health harm

The sheer incompetence of this medical practice and its doctors has reached an unacceptable level. A male GP deceived me by claiming he submitted my gynecological referral as urgent, only for me to discover I'm still waiting nearly a year without an appointment. Today, the hospital revealed that the GP marked my referral as routine, resulting in a minimum 72-week wait, and they didn't even receive the referral until May 2022, despite my issue being raised in January 2022. I was forced to consult a female GP with more compassion, who has now submitted an urgent referral. Enduring almost a year of constant pain and nearly becoming incontinent due to a large ovarian cyst is absolutely unacceptable and should never have been disregarded! This isn't the first instance of negligence from this practice. They previously provided incorrect medical information to the DVLA, causing me to lose my driver's license last year. Their attempts to rectify the mistake were futile, and I've suffered irreparable damage with no compensation for losing a license I'd held for a decade. Avoid this practice at all costs. I'm seriously considering legal action for both instances of negligence. Losing my license was bad enough, but being negligent towards a woman with reproductive health issues is completely unacceptable! Perhaps they should reconsider allowing male GPs to handle sensitive appointments if they're so clearly incompetent. I will be changing medical practices and reporting this surgery to the medical ombudsman for the second time.
