Negligent healthcare left me without critical medication

I am utterly frustrated and let down by the complete lack of professionalism. I'm writing this review because I've been without my essential antidepressant medication for five consecutive days, with zero communication about a required GP medication review, despite submitting my prescription request well in advance. A receptionist assured me the medication would be processed within 48 hours. However, abruptly stopping antidepressants can be medically dangerous, and I've experienced significant negative consequences. I've submitted a formal complaint, but there's been no acknowledgment or response, despite their claim of providing prompt and effective complaint resolution. Where is the promised communication and support they claim to offer?!
