Newborn's urgent allergy needs ignored

Complete disaster - both medical staff and front desk personnel. The physician clearly lacks competence, and to secure an appointment for my infant, I'm forced to have my midwife intervene and schedule urgent care, as my baby is struggling with cow's milk protein allergy. When I attempt to call directly, they dismiss my concerns and offer appointments weeks away, while my child is experiencing immediate distress. I am utterly repulsed by the incompetence and total absence of compassion displayed by the doctors in this practice. The situation is beyond description. Steer clear at all costs - it's worth investing in private healthcare where professionals with genuine expertise and empathy will actually provide proper treatment.
