Nhs failed me multiple times with misdiagnosis

I feel compelled to share my deeply frustrating personal experience with NHS healthcare services, hoping others might understand my struggle. In 2020, I suffered from debilitating hip pain that was repeatedly misdiagnosed as sciatica, despite my severe mobility issues. No diagnostic scans were offered, only heavy pain medication. A year passed with no meaningful treatment, forcing me to return to my home country for proper diagnosis and surgery. Consequently, I lost my job. In 2022, a medial meniscus tear was incorrectly labeled as tendonitis, with no NHS scans or treatment for six months. I was forced to completely restructure my lifestyle. Even after an MRI, the radiologist's diagnosis was incorrect, compelling me to seek treatment abroad. Now in 2024, I'm experiencing potential hernia symptoms and have been advised to simply stop exercising and eat more fruits and vegetables. At 29 years old, I've already lost two years of my life, dramatically altering my lifestyle and career due to systemic healthcare failures. When even NHS nurses admit the system is fundamentally broken, it's clear there's a serious problem. Something must be done. We pay for this service and deserve basic respect and proper medical care.
