Nhs gp service a complete waste of time

As ineffective as the typical NHS experience. Save yourself the trouble. Went through a private GP video consultation where they were worried about potential misdiagnosis and recommended an urgent in-person follow-up with my NHS GP, even forwarding their detailed notes. Predictably, the NHS demonstrated complete reluctance to assist. Despite the private GP's inability to diagnose via video, Park Lane arrogantly claims they can diagnose by phone. However, this phone consultation is only available if I call back later in the day. Absolutely illogical. No wonder their service is overwhelmed - I'd essentially need multiple appointments just to get basic care. Utterly absurd... *************************************************************************** EDIT: Ultimately, I managed to receive medical attention from a healthcare professional outside the country. Fortunately, pharmacists are willing to accept EU prescriptions. *************************************************************************** EDIT: They've dispatched a letter to registered patients that essentially says "stop pestering us" and "it's not our fault, it's a nationwide issue". I acknowledge it's a national problem, but attributing it to underfunding/GP shortages is a lazy excuse. The convoluted processes supposedly required for appointments are actually creating additional bureaucratic obstacles. Moreover, I strongly suspect the surgery continues accepting new patients purely to secure more funding, while being fully aware they cannot provide adequate service.
