Nightmare appointment with unhelpful medical staff

Disastrous medical service - my aging father urgently required an immediate consultation, and despite calling precisely when advised, I was left waiting on hold for nearly 60 minutes. Upon finally connecting, I was abruptly informed that no appointments remained and was instructed to visit the emergency department. The receptionist's demeanor was shockingly discourteous, though fortunately the physician proved supportive once my dad actually received attention - I'm immensely grateful my local practice in Suffolk operates far more professionally - if possible, I'd rate this experience below the lowest possible rating.
