Nightmare at reception destroyed my insurance claim

The front desk employee was completely unaccommodating and discourteous. When I needed to cancel my trip due to legitimate medical circumstances, I was denied any form of appointment. Ultimately, this staff member's uncooperative demeanor has resulted in my insurance company rejecting my claim. Furthermore, my physician has now declined to complete the necessary medical documentation since I was not able to be seen regarding the original issue.
