Nightmare at the surgery this morning

I'm beyond furious and can't even bring myself to give a single star rating!!! The receptionists' attitude is utterly appalling, constantly deflecting responsibility. I absolutely dread contacting this surgery, particularly because I'm never considered sick enough to be seen. This morning, it took me 136 attempts to get through, only to be told no appointments were available. A completely unqualified receptionist with zero medical credentials suggested I had tonsillitis and recommended seeing a pharmacist at a different surgery for antibiotics. When I explained I needed to see a doctor for other critical reasons, I was dismissively told to call back tomorrow! The phone lines opened at 8:02am, and by 8:07am, all doctor slots were gone??? I have an ongoing medical condition requiring constant consultant and GP reviews, and their own voice message clearly states patients don't need to disclose their specific medical needs. Why would I want to share my PRIVATE medical information with a rude, unhelpful employee who's just going to brush me off to another surgery and pharmacist?!?! I'm certain they'd have a completely different approach if the receptionists themselves were sick and desperately needed medical attention!
