Nightmare booking an early morning slot

Scheduling a consultation here is an absolute nightmare. Daily slots are perpetually full. Prebooking seems impossible, and their advice to ring at 8:30am is futile. You'll encounter endless busy signals, and on the rare occasion you connect, the call quality is abysmal - I once heard a receptionist's greeting before the line disintegrated into static and disconnected. Despite these scheduling horrors, I must acknowledge that when I've actually managed to secure an appointment, the medical staff themselves are competent and professional.
