Nightmare booking experience with unhelpful medical staff

Getting an appointment here is like attempting to hit the jackpot - nearly impossible. After enduring a mind-numbing hour on hold, you might finally reach someone. The receptionist comes across as cold and mechanical, spewing out rehearsed excuses and interrupting callers instead of listening with any genuine understanding or compassion. Management should definitely review their call recordings for staff training purposes! I understand healthcare dynamics have shifted during the pandemic and medical professionals are under increased pressure, but there's still room for basic human consideration and practical problem-solving. Absolutely cannot endorse this practice, and I'm eagerly looking forward to switching to a different medical office.
