Nightmare booking system for disabled patients

Securing an appointment here is an immense challenge, particularly for neurodivergent individuals like myself. When you finally manage to see a doctor, they adopt a condescending attitude that suggests your symptoms are purely psychological. Obtaining referrals requires persistent pleading, and comprehensive physical examinations are conspicuously absent. After being their patient for over two years, the situation has only deteriorated. Update 25 Nov 2024: I wish I could award negative stars! This abysmal scheduling system appears deliberately designed to obstruct sick and disabled patients. I've wasted an entire hour trapped in telephone limbo. After receiving my queue number, the system repeatedly disconnected me, forcing repeated calls to rejoin the waiting line. This frustrating cycle occurred approximately 15 times during a single interaction! Just as I reached first in the queue, they terminated the call!! Upon redialing, I was inexplicably pushed back to position 19, and at number 12, they again severed the connection. It's profoundly distressing that these are the healthcare providers we must rely upon.
